Delivering Exceptional Xactimate Estimates
Xacticon LLC has the experience and skills to provide you with high quality Xactimate estimates. We display a wide variety of skills and knowledge needed to complete estimates, from your average residential roof replacement to your emergency commercial mitigation due to storms, floods, or fires. Estimates are returned to our clients via email on average within 1 – 3 business days depending on the scope of work. There are times, however, when an order can take longer due to the size of the project or volume of projects being submitted to Xacticon LLC.

Don’t have the measurements or reports when submitting projects to Xacticon LLC? No worries, at your request we will order an Eagle View report for an additional fee. Eagle View is our choice for reports due to many insurance companies preferring Eagle View for their measurement accuracy when providing measurements for roof and exterior walls/windows/doors

Common Questions
- Send an email to Xacticon@gmail.com and include the following
- Project/Insured’s name in the Subject Line of the email.
- Claim Number
- Loss Type
- Scope of Work (SOW) which includes measurements and notes on work to be completed on the home
- Photos
- Once the job request is submitted, Xacticon LLC will send you an email to confirm receipt of the new project. Xacticon LLC will have up to24 hours(1 business day) to review the project information to ensure we have everything we need to complete your estimate. New job requests submitted to Xacticon LLC on Friday’s have until end of day the following Monday to be reviewed.
- You will receive an email from Xacticon LLC once our review is complete either asking for additional information, or letting you know we have everything to move forward. We will provide a turnaround time to expect your completed estimate and go over project costs.
- No, but we highly encourage it. Providing a sketch or floor plan with measurements of a property allows us to provide accurate measurements on Xactimate estimates. The sketch should include wall/ceiling measurements, doors, wall openings, and windows
- We accept photos via email or as a shareable Google Drive link. Photos need to be labeled for easy referencing when reviewing your scope of work notes and photos (Photo Label Ex: kitchen ,hallway, master bedroom, hall bath, etc).
- Once a project is complete and the contractor/client approves an estimate, Xacticon LLC will send an invoice via QuickBooks.
- You will have 5 business days to pay invoices received from Xacticon LLC. If an invoice is not paid within 5 business days, a late fee of $25 will automatically be added to the invoice.
- We accept payments through ACH, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. If you need help setting up payment method, our team will be available to walk you through it.
