Eagle View is our choice for reports due to many insurance companies preferring Eagle View for their measurem ent accuracy when providing measurements for roof and exterior walls/windows/doors.

Revisions

  • Revisions are free if
  • We are correcting a mistake we made
  • If an estimate is sent to a client/contractor on a Friday, the client/contractor has until the end of day the following Monday to submit a revision request at no costs
  • Revision request is to add or update up to 10 - line items
  • Chargeable Revisions - $50
  • Contractor wants to make significant changes to an Xactimate estimate AFTER approving initial Xactimate.
  • Adding more rooms
  • Adding or updating more than 10 - line items

  • Making significant changes to an already approved Xactimate estimate
  • Adding more rooms/areas of damage to the original scope of work sent in
  • Adding or updating more than 10 line items
  • Swapping normal R&R line items for CAT 3 line items
  • Example: Contractor does not communicate the job requires CAT 3 line items until after we completed an estimate and submitted to the contractor for review/approval, this requires us to rewrite the estimate to remove R&R line items and replace them with CAT 3 line items)
